Now that your herbs have grown and are ready to be harvested, you can save some time by preserving the freshly cut herbs from your garden for another meal you are planning to cook. Start by finely chopping your various herbs. Place a different type of herb in each holder of the pan. Pour water or olive oil into each holder until the herbs are covered. Pop the muffin pan into the freezer. When needed, take them out of the freezer and add to your favorite pre cooked meal.
