The couple welcomed three biological children before they met baby Abraham. Jeane was visiting Mexico in 1985 on a mission trip when she saw a photograph of a little boy that needed help. He was blind and was in a full-body cast.
It turned out that Abraham was in an orphanage, and now, Jeane couldn’t stop thinking about him. The pair agreed to adopt the little boy. Little did they know that Abraham was just the first of many little ones they would welcome into their lives.
