It turns out there is a reason that Paul and Jeane have stepped in to adopt so many children. They never went looking for little ones in need of a home. Instead, the adoption agency would send them photos and information to ask for help.
Jeane would often know the treatment they would need, but there was an issue. She worried that other parents wouldn’t want to adopt children with health issues. Instead, she and Paul would pray to ask if they should welcome another into their home – and they always got an answer.
