One person in the Reddit thread said they had a similar problem with their twins. The person explained their mother didn’t know how to tell the twins apart, so they put different colored hair bows, which eventually were being pulled out by the kids.
They then moved on to ankle bracelets as the kids weren’t old enough to reach their toes yet. This worked for a while, and when the kids could grab the ankle bracelets, they were old enough to have noticeable differences.
