The BABIES act is a small but important step in ensuring all fathers are able to change their children’s diapers with dignity. While it only applies to governmental buildings at the moment, it sets a precedent that could b followed by all public restrooms.
With the help of fathers like Donte, awareness of the situation in male restrooms will grow. Donte did make note that some male restrooms do have the changing facilities, but it’s more common no to find them than to be able to use one.
