During an interview with Good Morning Britain in February 2019, Dolly actually noted that her husband wasn’t “one of my biggest fans.” He has only seen her perform on a handful of occasions and tends to stay at home while Dolly makes her way across the world.
This has led many people to question the integrity of her persona. Are there two different Dollys? Is there the Dolly we see on the stage and a separate Dolly that goes home to her fame-hating husband? It certainly seems like this could be the case.
