He noted that it’s often difficult to describe Dolly Parton because it’s so easy to overuse words such as “icon” and “legend” on a daily basis.
However, he really does think that both of those words apply to this singer. He has noted that Dolly is an “extraordinary figure” in music and that her personality is truly something special. In fact, he believes that her “larger-than-life persona” is what makes her stand out from the crowd.
