Although Dolly Parton rarely gets in trouble, like most other celebs, she has her very own team of public relations experts. One of these experts is Kirk Webster, who is the president of Webster PR.
During his interview with Billboard magazine, he noted that Dolly Parton is so much more than just a musician. He confessed that she is more like a “brand,” and that nobody can keep up with the “smoke trail” that she leaves behind when she puts her mind to something.
