After spending nearly 15 years away from the spotlight, Twain returned last year with her comeback number one album, Now. She faced a number of tumultuous years during this period. Firstly, she divorced husband and longtime producer Robert “Mutt” Lange after discovering he was having an affair. Then she was forced to undergo vocal therapy after her vocal chords were damaged during a bout of Lyme disease and dysphonia. She is currently married to business executive Frédéric Thiébaud.
