In his early ventures, he worked on restoring and reselling classic cars in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He even moved to Greece for a while in order to open a nightclub on one of its islands. Once he returned to the U.S. in the early ’80s with the profits of his successful nightclub, he started doing what he is known for today -developing real estate. In 1994, Mohamed married Yolanda, and they had their three beautiful children together and relocated to a lovely ranch in Santa Barbara, California.
