It is reported that when Christina was learning to cope with her recent split, she had one secret up her sleeve: meditation.
The Flip or Flop host flew to Bali for a break from the divorce proceedings where she truly fell in love with practicing meditation, as well as cardio exercises such as weight training and running. The break gave Christina a chance to recharge her batteries after the toll of the marriage breaking down as she has since returned to our screens.
