Both Tarek and Christina have admitted that on the show they are given plenty of help and advice. The couple work with a number of other realtors in addition to other house flippers who have all helped guide the pair along the way.
Christina has explained that without the help of others they would have never been so successful at their jobs. It sounds as though there are people on Flip or Flop that make the show what it is without us even knowing.

Flip or Flop wouldn’t be the same without the overly awkward auctions. For years we believed they were all staged in a bid to keep the tensions high by the network. However, they are all 100% true!
What we don’t get to see as viewers is the number of times Tarek and Christina are outbid by competitors. Once you’ve seen one outbid, you’ve probably seen 100. So instead the producers have decided to only keep all the winning bids in the show.
