The girls achieved an amazing accomplishment: they were the first conjoined twins to ever graduate and successfully complete high school in the U.S. The girls really defied all odds. When they were born the doctors did not expect them to live long and here they were succeeding at their education. Their family was ecstatic and so proud of them. The girls were proud of themselves and were excited about their future prospects. The world was their oyster.
