The hilarious comedian Sarah Silverman is known for her opinionated takes, and her feelings about marriage are no different. She doesn’t have anything against love or romance as well as saw when she dated Jimmy Kimmel, but she finds the idea of marriage, in her own words, “barbaric.” Specifically, she thinks that the government being involved in her love life is barbaric and reason enough to avoid marriage completely.
