Transformations are a huge draw for many television shows. Watching our favorite stars on television, whether they are fictional or real, can be something like watching a role model. We have a tendency to look up to them, as if they could do no wrong. But Chip apparently did do something wrong, to the point where he was arrested. After refusing to pay a $2,500 fine for letting his dogs roam around their neighborhood consistently, he was placed temporarily behind bars, until he was bailed out for $800.
