Anyone who has been to college or anyone who knows someone who has gone to college will know that getting in isn’t easy. With so many people looking to apply for the same spots, it really does come down to SAT scores and standing out from the crowd.
It can be a real sense of achievement when someone from an everyday family manages to get into one of the most prestigious universities that the US has to offer, but there can also be disappointment during this time. After all, not everyone can get the place they want.
