While Felicity stayed fairly quiet on the matter after her arrest and her subsequent court dates, she decided that it was time to speak up during her sentencing.
Although she accepted the fact that she had broken the law and broken a lot of hearts and her own reputation in the process, she wanted to apologize. She offered her apologies to the colleges, parents, and students who were affected by Operation Varsity Blues, and she also apologized to her family. She knew that she deserved her punishment.
