In college, Paige Spiranac played in both the University of Arizona and San Diego State University, and won All-Mountain West Conference honors from 2012 to 2014. She was also featured in several magazines such as the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition and in Golf Digest. And she definitely knows how to work the red carpet!
