Innocent Claudia was only five years old when she was found by the vampire Louis, grieving over her mother’s body. Louis, who had been starving for years, fed on her blood and as he was discovered his vampire maker, Lestat, he ran off. Lestat then turned Claudia into a vampire. Claudia resents him for this, as she’s unable to ever grow up and become a woman, so she attempts to kill him and runs away with Louis. But eventually, Lestat causes her to be executed for trying to kill him.
