Zac Efron has come a long way since starring as Troy Bolton in the Disney movie “High School Musical.” While he’s had some great highs in the years since, “We Are Your Friends” isn’t one of them.
Though the movie wasn’t bad by any means, with the cast receiving rave reviews for their performances, the plot was criticized for being too generic. People felt this was a coming of age story they’d all heard before, so they didn’t bother spending their money to go and see it.
