You don’t mess with Samuel L. Jackson. We’ve come to understand that exceptionally well by now. Thanks to his work on movies like the crime drama “Pulp Fiction,” the action movie “Snakes on a Plane” and Western “Django Unchained,” we’ve seen just how capable of an actor he is.
However, no amount of star power could have saved the 2012 mystery thriller “Meeting Evil” from tanking at the box office. With an approval rating of 22% on Rotten Tomatoes, it shouldn’t be a surprise that the film made just $181 on its opening night and $525 overall.
