It’s a pretty well-known fact the movie The Devil Wears Prada is actually based on the real life experiences of the infamous Anna Wintour’s former assistant Lauren Weisberger, while she worked at Vogue magazine.
Both the book Lauren wrote, and the movie that followed, caused quite some controversy over how Anna was depicted. But only a few of her assistants have denied the events depicted, and the rest have just responded with a very telling silence.
