The SAG-AFTRA Foundation decided to honor the actor on their social media page on Labor Day, and they sparked this brand new hashtag that asked those in the acting business to showcase their talent and the fact that they were working a second job to pay the bills. They wanted the world to know that working extra jobs to entertain us is something we should be thanking these actors for.
