Well, that’s just rude, don’t you think? Some neighbors really can be mean sometimes, right?
It seems that this neighbor here wanted to give this friendly couple a piece of his mind when he gave an inappropriate gesture towards them while they were taking their innocent prom photos. They seem pretty oblivious to this man, and that’s probably for the best, because they probably wouldn’t have taken it well. But why all the open hostility, pal?
