Well, this is certainly confusing packaging – especially when your entire job requires you to give the customers exactly what it is that they want.
Therefore, for this particular Chipotle employee, it is really good that he caught on to the fact that the white rice that the majority of his customers want is in a brown bag, and that the brown rice that his health-conscious customers want is in a white bag! So confusing.
