Just what is it that the world has against Justin Bieber? Apparently enough to warrant this plan to ensure all borrowed pencils are returned immediately after lesson.
After all, who would want to be the proud new owner of one of these bad boys? This teacher got their laugh by knowing whoever used the borrowed stationary would be seen with a pencil like this. Plus, if anyone ever stole one they would never be able to live it down.
