They say that honesty is the best policy. This teacher has taken that to the new level. It appears as though the student thought they were offering up a witty remark to keep the teacher entertained – as well as earn a few brownie points for their humorous addition.
Sadly this teacher is the ruler of comebacks as they took to paper with red pen in hand. If anyone was going to have the last laugh here, it was going to be the teacher.
