Giada opened her first restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada in July 2014. She named it after herself, calling it simply GIADA. The restaurant was located inside The Cromwell and earned her a heap of respect for being the first woman to own a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.
It serves many of Giada’s iconic recipes, like lemon spaghetti and rosemary focaccia. Guests can even observe the preparation of their food in the open kitchen. Along with incredible food, the restaurant also offers some beautiful views and seating areas.
