She was born in Russia and later moved with her working-class family to Germany, but she wasn’t an heiress to a fortune and didn’t even have a trust fund. She had managed to fool everyone and live a glamorous life with not a cent to her name. Anna is still at Rikers, awaiting her trial that’s meant to take place this summer.
