Anna actually denies trying to pretend to be a socialite. She claimed she did have dinners, but they were work dinners. “If [I] really wanted the money, I would have better and faster ways to get some,” she said.
Anna also asked the public to write to her on Rikers Island, and doesn’t let the negativity get to her. She said people think it’s a horrible place, but she rather sees it as a sociological experiment. How much time she’ll have to spend there remains to be seen.
