[post_page_title]Telling Anna’s story[/post_page_title]
Former friend Rachel might get her revenge (and money back) in the end, as she has secured deals with both HBO and Simon & Schuster, presumably to tell her side of the story – and get paid in the process.
Netflix also quickly realized this story almost too good to be true is definitely too good to miss out on. So for an undisclosed but rumored very high amount, they bought the rights to the New York magazine story. With renowned Shonda Rhimes directing it, the series is predicted to be a huge hit, but a production date is yet to be announced. That could be because New York state recently filed a lawsuit against Netflix, to prevent them from paying Anna for her story.
