What is it with wannabe chefs and chicken? We’ve heard of chargrilled when it comes to steak – but does poultry really deserve the same treatment? Sure, the incinerated crunchy bits add somewhat of a rustic texture. However, Gordon isn’t taking any prisoners. It looks as though this was one chicken submission too far for Ramsay to handle. Maybe the chef added the red and yellow peppers to represent the flames they just had blazing in the kitchen!
