The officer had to call in her license plate to his station. After making the initial call to the station, Sammy was given an opportunity to explain to the officer why she had driven this way.
She continued to express that she didn’t live in this part of town and appeared to be confused about the way the road markings had been laid out. It might have seemed like a minor issue at the time, but now the officer was here, things were more serious.
