Before she knew it, tears were rolling down Shiela’s face, and she was screaming at the top of her lungs. She couldn’t believe what she was seeing, and she wanted to make sure that her boyfriend was okay. Her friend took her to one side while trying to console her, and the traffic officers did everything they could to revive Jeffrey and to get him back on his feet. Shiela couldn’t stop her emotions from spilling over, but she was relieved to see that Jeffrey was not unconscious. He was moving.
