Now that the couple are happily engaged, they can start working on their wedding plans. While there is no date in the pipeline just yet, it’s fair to say that they will have a story to tell during the speeches. What seemed like a horrific day for Jeffrey and Shiela turned into a day that they will never forget – in more ways than one. Of course, it may be the worst proposal in the world, but that’s not to say that these two are no longer happy. In fact, they are more excited than ever.
