So she decided to complain online the same way most people do these days – with a long extensive post on Facebook. Within this long Facebook post, she talked about how she had a terrible experience, and basically explained the whole story to them the same way we’re telling it to you now.
She also posted the pictures of her haircut, as proof to show everyone what they had done to her. She also talked about what happened when she called the salon and told them about it.
