They were upset with the way Rachel was painting their company out to be – less than adequate. The way they saw it, if Rachel didn’t like her haircut, why didn’t she just tell them right there on the spot?
And if she found out later, why’d she post about it on social media? They said that they offered to fix it for her, and offered her a refund as well – despite the fact that she hadn’t returned to the salon so they could see it for themselves.
