Indeed, it took a while for Rachel to even know that something was wrong – her cousin had to tell her. Some people look in the mirror while they’re getting a haircut, but Rachel was a bit distracted. She had a reason for not paying attention – and by the time the haircut was over, she wasn’t even interested in looking at her own hair.
The question is, why? What exactly happened that prevented her from making sure the stylist had done a good job? We’ll get to that very soon… And when we’re done, we’re going to talk about the amazing way she reacted – and of course, what the company did when they heard how mad she was.
