The salon pointed out that Rachel had every opportunity to return to their establishment and address the issues she had. They said that she originally left their store “happy,” and if they knew she wasn’t they would’ve been more than happy to fix whatever she didn’t like about her hair.
When you think about it like that, it certainly is a bit strange that Rachel left the hair salon without checking her hair beforehand. It’s pretty much what everybody does.
