The woman’s husband hated seeing her so upset, which is why he advised her to return to the salon and get her hair restyled. He figured they’d be able to alleviate the damage and hopefully apologize for what they did to her hair. Unfortunately, when the woman did go back to the salon, she didn’t get the response she wanted.
Instead, they turned the tables on her and started accusing her of being problematic. They suggested that the only reason things went wrong was that her hair was hard to cut.
