During season 10 Missi appears as one of Jake’s girlfriends while he is on leave from the military. The two begin their short relationship, but Jake quickly develops strong feelings for his new love. Missi admits to Jake that she has, in fact, already got a boyfriend, but this just makes Jake even more determined to win her over; he wants to run away from the military to be together. Missi convinces him that isn’t the right way to go and he should return.
