This character is introduced into the show during season seven as one of Jake Harper’s friend’s mom, but she soon begins dating Alan. The two have a rocky relationship over the course of the remaining seasons, but ultimately the pair end up engaged by the end end of the show; Lyndsey is seen in a pawn shop, but ultimately doesn’t sell her engagement ring. Even though she eventually ends up with Alan, throughout their relationship Lyndsey has wandering eyes for any other men she finds attractive.
