One wasn’t enough? We have heard of going overboard but this is ridiculous. Maybe someone was trying to make a statement about how much they love manholes because we definitely cannot believe that this many are necessary. Maybe all of these holes were built for a giant game of whack-a-mole. Honestly, we cannot think of any other reasonable explanation. At least the sewage workers will have a lot of options to choose from.
