The people in this apartment better be paying way lower rent than everyone else! Whose bright idea was it to build a balcony that only a ghost has access to! Talk about a waste of time and money. I guess if someone was really dedicated, they could build a really tall ladder and risk their safety to enjoy a drink and the view on this oddly placed balcony. Honestly though, what were they thinking?
