Another noisy neighbor received another passive aggressive message. If you’re not noticing a theme by now, chances are good you aren’t paying super close attention. This unhappy neighbor tried to go the route of a passive aggressive compliment.
Maybe by letting their neighbor know that their sound system is fantastic will finally allow the noisy neighbor to listen to music just a little bit quieter. Though, given this message, this certainly was not the first time and it most likely won’t be the last.
