She was just as happy the first day of the year, as she was the last – the only difference is she looks more confident (and sassy) in the end of the year picture to the right.
This is a pretty great twist on the tradition of taking pictures before and after the first day of school. Because after all, you can’t tell anything from just a day. But take a look at a kid on the last day of school and compare to the first, and you’ll truly see what effect the year has had.
