The living room was just another example of how Joyce had shown off her love of pastel colors. The entire room had been painted to match – even the brick fireplace. However, it was the smaller details that gave the room its true character.
There were delicate lamps set on the end tables, and velvet furniture that looked too soft and inviting. The pillows had also been carefully plumped. In fact, they were so perfect that it was almost as if they were still brand new.
