In today’s day and age, we’re incredibly focused on eating clean and eating the most natural and healthy products. Yet, when you think about it – we’re doing the complete opposite. When we scrupulously wash our fruit and vegetables, we are washing off all of the natural nutrients and dirt that it grew in.
Scientists have actually noted that this kind of dirt is beneficial to our diet, and allows our body to fight against parasites, pathogens, and toxins. So, save water and don’t wash your food!
