Unfortunately, Britney Spears is on this list. Before her head-shaving incident, Britney found herself in trouble with the paparazzi while leaving the Ritz Carlton hotel in New York.
As she walked out of the hotel lobby with the 8-month-old Sean Preston in her arms, Britney supposedly stepped into a pothole and lost her balance. This paparazzi shot showed little Sean almost being tipped over before he was caught by her security guard. Due to her vulnerable state and the drink in her other hand, this photo was used to question Brit’s sobriety.
