[post_page_title]The Kylie trademark[/post_page_title]
By 2015, Kylie knew that she had made her mark on society. While she knew that her fans would always remain faithful, she wanted to take her own personal brand to another level.
Because of this, she filed a U.S trademark application to win trademark the name “Kylie” for her professional and personal use. This didn’t go down too well with the other Kylie’s in the world, and in 2017 her application was eventually rejected after the Australian singer and actress, Kylie Minogue, won her own case against the reality star.
